All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are non-refundable. But if something isn’t working or you’re having trouble, please reach out. I’ll do my best to make it right.
Services: 1:1 services (brand consulting, Pinterest strategy, web design, etc.) are scheduled via HoneyBook. Your confirmation email and intake form include service-specific terms.
No Guarantees: I can’t promise any specific results from using my digital products or services. Your success is beautifully individual.

All sales are final due to the digital and instant-download nature of my products. This includes journals, templates, guides, and eBooks.
That being said, if you run into a tech glitch, file access issue, or anything that makes your purchase unusable, please reach out to me at Iam@kaelarenae.co. I’ll always try to make things right.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
For all 1:1 services, strategy sessions, and consulting packages:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate within 14 days.
All policies are outlined in detail within your HoneyBook contract at time of booking.
